An equestrian enthusiast from Dubai approached us looking for land and lifestyle, not just a house. That search took us across Alentejo, Setúbal, Sintra, and beyond, visiting estates, walking farmland, and speaking directly with riders, veterinarians, and equestrian professionals along the way.

What started as one client search quickly became something deeper.

Through this process, we gained valuable insight into what truly matters when buying or creating an equestrian property in Portugal — from understanding the land, to knowing which regions work best for horses, to connecting with people who genuinely understand this lifestyle.
